Set off from downtown Bibra Lake about 10am. Went down Roe Hwy then up Great Northern Hwy. Chose not to go on Brand Hwy as it is usually very busy. Took Leonie TP's advice and went via Moora, Carnamah and Mingenew. Very pleasant and scenic drive, no traffic,no nasty caravans or roadtrains! Arrived in Geraldton about 4.30pm. Caravan Park chalet is a little dogbox! Thank goodness it is only for 1 night. Peter has just had a shower which he says was cold! My turn next! Felt a bit homesick when I saw the pokey chalet but recovered quickly after a few rum and cokes!
